Duties of the Secretary
- Manages the minutes of board meetings and ensures that they are distributed to members in a timely manner after each meeting.
- Is sufficiently familiar with legal documents (articles, by-laws, etc.) to note applicability during meetings.
- Manage the awards and grants committees.
- Manage member services and assist admin as the liaison for Member Clubs.
- Ensure accurate records are kept of inventory and manage the CKNS Library.
