Safe Boating Week is May 22-28 and so that all our paddlers and friends stay safe on the water we are hosting this event in cooperation with the Halifax Joint Rescue and Coordination Centre and Canoe Kayak Nova Scotia

For this virtual evening, Marc Ouellette, the Regional Supervisor for Maritime Search and Rescue from the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre in Halifax will be discussing operations, overall statistics, best practices and being prepared when venturing in the outdoors and what actions to take when needing assistance.

If you are a recreational provider operating in the outdoors or an outdoor enthusiast that lives in Quebec, New Brunswick, PEI, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labradour that likes to spend as much time outdoors as possible, you will find this session informative and useful.
