Trevor Penney

Trevor has been paddling canoes and kayaks for over 30 years. He first started paddling canoes in the Yukon Territory as a young teen.
He is a former Paramedic and has worked with the Canadian Armed Forces as a medic and in the Navy as a naval communicator. Trevor currently works full time in law enforcement for the past 24 years.
Trevor is also an avid backpacker and has paddled and backpacked all over Canada and the USA. Trevor presently spends most of his time on the waters of Nova Scotia’s numerous wilderness areas.
He is looking forward to helping make paddling the most popular sport in Nova Scotia as well as being an active participant within the CKNS board by promoting the sport and the group.
